| All our Xtras are sold on a company license base. Once licensed, you may use our Xtras for all further projects without any additional charges. There are no royalties or other fees. Media Connect grants a non-exclusive, company license for the use of our Software. Licensed Xtras may be freely bundled and distributed together with your companies protected (.dcr, .dxr, .exe) Director projects, worldwide and without further charges. Any professional use of our Xtras without licensing as well as any distribution of license numbers will be prosecuted. You are not allowed to market or xtras without our written agreement. You are not allowed to resell our Xtras in any other form as intended by the terms of this license. You may freely distribute all our Xtra demos without obtaining a license first, as long as all parts and documents belonging to the Xtra stay together. |

Our Xtras are developed for our own productions, thoroughly tested and sold worldwide. However we cannot ensure proper operation under any conditions and circumstances. We strongly advise all customers to make sure the desired Xtras fit their special needs before licensing. We therefore offer fully functional demo versions off all our Xtras for download and testing.
Our software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Media Connect will not be responsible for any damages of any sort under any conditions. You will use the software at your own risk. Media Connect shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages (including damages for loss of business, profits or the like) arising out of the use or inability to use our software. In any case, our liability shall not exceed the license fee. Please make sure our products fit your needs before licensing them. |
